Edgartown Light – Lit up for the Holiday season

Even the Chappy Ferry, The On Time III gets in on the festivities transforming the tiny, drab barge style ferry into Christmas lights on the water! Here’s a time lapse photo of the ferry crossing the harbor from Edgartown to Chappaquidick.

Chappy Ferry Time-lapse

On the shore of Edgartown Harbor and adjacent to the Chappy Ferry sits the Edgartown Memorial Wharf.
The upper deck of the wharf is a great place to sit and view all of the  activities of this busy harbor. Great place for a break in your day for an al fresco lunch with a view.

What a joy it was walking up and down Main St to see nearly every building and shop beautifully decorated and lit up for the holidays.
