Welcome to our home at Sun Colony Resort! We're glad you stopped by and we hope that you like what you see here in our photo and video tour. As you enter Sun Colony, the 1st thing you'll notice is the feel of being at home. Sun Colony is a family oriented resort in a quiet residential setting, just perfect for your Myrtle Beach golf or beach vacation!

Kitchen & Dining

Come inside our condo and you'll feel at home in your fully stocked kitchen. We know you're on vacationand you'll want to relax and have fun at the beach or on the golf course, but if you want to stay in, prepare a nice meal, entertain friends or relatives; you'll have that option. Dinnerware, cookware, blender, coffee maker, Foreman grill are just a sampling of what's available to you. Have a snack at the breakfast bar, sit down in the dining area or go out and relax on the screened deck.

All you'll need are your groceries and you'll be able to whip up any of your favorite recipes. There's an automatic icemaker in the full size refrigerator so a ice cold drink will always be right at hand! Speaking of groceries, you wont have to go far to stock up for your vacation. You'll have 2 Food Lion's within 5 minutes of you going either east or west on Highway 9, not to mention a 24 hour Super WalMart less than 10 minutes away in N Myrtle Beach. If you need to pick something up on your way home from the beach, you've got Boulineau's right at the beach in Cherry Grove!

If you do have to cook, clean up's a breeze with an automatic dishwasher as well as clothes washer & dryer in the condo.

Living Room

Deck

Slide the patio doors open and enjoy the comfort and the view from your fully screened deck, complete with brand new tiled bar height patio table and chairs...perfect for relaxing with a cocktail, enjoying a snack or meal or just kicking back and relaxing! There's even a ceiling fan on the deck to help keep you cool and comfortable. There's also an outdoor electric George Foreman grille when you just don't feel like standng over the stove!

Master Bedroom

We have 2 bedrooms in our condo; with the master bedroom directly off of the living room. Again, one of the first things you'll notice is how open, bright and airy it feels. With windows on 2 sides, sunshine and ventilation is in abundance! In the bedroom you'll find a comfortable king size bed. You'll also find ample storage for all your needs including an oversized closet and 2 chests of drawers all in very tasteful natural white wicker.

The room is also equipped with a telephone, 22" LCD flat screen television and DVD player as well as a desk and chair with a laptop computer equipped with high speed broadband internet service as well as a wireless network. Bring your own laptop if you like and work wirelessly thrughout the condo.

Directly off of the bedroom (accessible only from the bedroom) is a full bath complete with linen closet and full shower and bath tub.

2nd Bedroom

The second bedroom also is very bright and open. It also is furnished in natural white wicker furniture. You'll find a very comfortable king size bed in here as well, however, this bed will convert to 2 twin beds and we will have it converted for you should you require it that way.

There is a large, walk-in closet for your convenience as will as a full size dresser/mirror combination for your additional storage needs.You'll also find a 19 " LCD flat screen TV and DVD player as well as compact AM/FM CD stereo. Other amenities include a telephone and cd/clock radio combination

The second full bath is located off the entrance to this bedroom and adjacent to the living room. It has a full size walk-in shower.
